Twisteds are the primary antagonists in Dandy's World. They are grotesque, corrupted versions of Toons, transformed by Ichor. Their sole objective is to hunt and eliminate players as they navigate through floors.

- Chase starts when Twisted spots a player
- Chase stops when player stays out of sight
- Successful attack deals 1 heart damage
- Twisted pauses after attack - chance to escape!

Slower but heightened attention span. Relentlessly pursues targets.

Tends to idle and camp areas like machines. Strategic obstacle.

Red glow visible through walls. Increases Blackout chance on her floor.

Twisted Finn
Leaves Ichor trail. Completing machines gives Slow III for 6 seconds.

Twisted Teagan
Steals 1/4 or 1/8 of your Tapes when attacking. Slightly faster.

Twisted Razzle & Dazzle
Stationary. Harmless when idle. Running in circle activates hostile state.

Twisted Rodger
Disguises as fake Research Capsule. Causes Confused III and Slow III.

Twisted Connie
Blue apparition that possesses machines. Attacking possessed machine deals damage.

Twisted Toodles
Third fastest Twisted! Weak attention span but extremely fast.

Spawn Rate: 8%Have abilities that directly threaten players. High danger.

Twisted Flutter
Fast, never stops roaming. Can target players not in line of sight.

Ranged attack that steals items. Takes items in slot order (1,2,3).

Twisted Glisten
Meter fills when alone for 70s. Becomes second fastest when full.

Twisted Goob
Ranged grab attack, drags players in for damage. 8 second cooldown.

Ranged tail attack similar to Goob. Attacks from distance.
