Despite being based on the small rock Toon Pebble, Twisted Pebble takes the form of a massive, vicious dog that leaves Ichor footprints wherever he goes. His speed makes him extremely difficult to outrun in tight spaces, and only the fastest Toons with speed-boosting items stand any chance of escape. The contrast between the tiny Toon and massive Twisted form makes him one of the most shocking transformations in the game.
